As we step into March, we are grateful for another month of connection, growth, and walking together in faith. At Exodus, our heart has always been to create spaces where people can find support, encouragement, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges while strengthening their relationship with God. This month is shaping up to be a powerful one for our community.
A major highlight for March is our Grounded Retreat happening March 13 to 15, 2026.
These retreats empower women and strengthens Christian faith through the trials and seasons of life. It will be a time of reflection, encouragement, fellowship, and spiritual renewal as women gather together to grow deeper in their faith and support one another.
Our feature program this month is Grounded, a nurturing community dedicated to the education, empowerment, and support of women of all ages and backgrounds in every area of life. Grounded exists to create a place where women can be strengthened in faith, encouraged through life’s challenges, and equipped to step confidently into the calling God has placed on their lives. At Grounded by Exodus, we envision a world where every woman has the opportunity and the resources to reach her full potential. Through monthly gatherings, we create a safe and welcoming space where women can openly discuss challenges, share wisdom, and build meaningful connections. Alongside these meetings, our self development workshops and retreats provide practical guidance, spiritual encouragement, and opportunities for lasting personal growth.
We are excited for what this month will bring and look forward to walking this journey together as a community.
At our last Grounded event,
we had the joy of gathering once again at our favourite farm, Happy Farm, for a beautiful and memorable day together. Surrounded by nature and the peaceful countryside, it was a powerful time of connection, reflection, and encouragement for all the women who attended. The farm provided the perfect setting for a day focused on faith, growth, and supporting one another through life’s journeys.
A special thank you goes to Fady and Sarah, whose heart and dedication made the entire event possible. The day captured in the video was a wonderful reminder of what Grounded is all about: women coming together, sharing openly, strengthening their faith, and building lasting friendships in a safe and uplifting environment. We are incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and love that went into organising such a meaningful gathering, and we look forward to many more moments like this together.

Looking ahead, our next major event will be the Exodus Annual Gala, so be sure to mark your calendars.
We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Exodus Gala at Taronga Zoo on May 2nd, 2026 at 12 pm 🦒✨. It promises to be a fantastic day of connection, bringing together a community of people passionate about making a positive difference. As with our previous galas, the day will be filled with meaningful conversations, purposeful networking and a shared vision for creating real impact.
This year’s gala will be even more special because it is a family event . Everyone is welcome with no age limits, so bring the whole family along to enjoy a day of celebration, hope and fun together.
A special program for kids of all ages will be provided throughout the zoo by our Exodus team. Our staff will be running fun and engaging activities designed to keep children entertained, active and included in the day’s experience. This means your children will have their own exciting adventure exploring the zoo environment while being cared for by our team.
At the same time, this gives you and your partner the freedom to relax, connect with others and enjoy plenty of time for fellowship and meaningful conversations. It is a wonderful opportunity to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy the event together and take in the incredible harbour views from one of Sydney’s most spectacular locations while the kids are having a fantastic time of their own. 🦒🌊✨

As we look ahead to everything that is unfolding at Exodus, we are filled with gratitude and excitement for what God continues to do through this community. From the encouragement and growth seen through our Grounded gatherings, to the upcoming retreat and the many moments of fellowship still to come this year, it is clear that God is moving in powerful ways among us. We are also incredibly excited to share that a new chapter is just around the corner for Exodus, with our new office in Sans Souci almost ready for us to move into. This space will become a hub for connection, support and ministry as we continue to serve and walk alongside people in their journeys. We cannot wait to share more about this incredible blessing in our next newsletter and celebrate this milestone together with you.
As Scripture reminds us,
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights.” (James 1:17).
We thank God for His continual provision, guidance and favour, and we are grateful for every person who is part of the Exodus family and the work being done together.
